Robert D. Hinshaw Combines Practice with Bennett Guthrie PLLC

Effective July 1, 2026, I am pleased to announce that my practice has combined with Bennett Guthrie PLLC. I will now serve as Of Counsel to the firm. After more than 45 years advising clients in wills, trusts, estate planning, elder law, and business law, I am excited about what this next chapter means for the clients and families I serve.

For my clients, the relationship we have built does not change. I will continue to personally represent you – now backed by the added depth, resources, and capabilities of the Bennett Guthrie team. Your matters, files, and ongoing work continue without interruption. Combining our practices will give clients access to expanded legal resources and a broader range of services, while preserving the personal attention that has always defined my work.
